PurpleAir and COVID-19: How we are protecting you and our workers' health

Dear friends of PurpleAir,

Our small team is more like a family. As COVID-19 continues to spread, the health and safety of our family - and in turn, our customers - is our highest priority. With that in mind, we’ve implemented the following measures to keep you (and ourselves) safe:

  • Staff who are able to work from home are doing so; those in charge of assembling and shipping PurpleAir products are working in staggered shifts to minimize the number of people present at any given time. 
  • Our independent workstations are appropriately spaced and equipped with cleaning and sanitizing solutions, along with clearly posted cleaning protocols and etiquette.
  • We’ve modified our physical workspaces, as well as our processes, to reduce cross-contamination between individuals. All products are either disinfected or isolated and untouched for three days between each stage of the assembly process.
  • In accordance with state and federal guidelines, temperature checks are performed by individuals prior to the start of each shift. Those feeling unwell or reporting a temperature above 100.4 are required to stay home.
