The device LED did not turn blue on start up.
The device LED color shows RED even when the AQI is below 20. Your start up does not address this problem.
The PurpleAir Classic does not have LED AQI capability. The red light you are seeing is indicative of power. If this does not match what you saw or heard earlier, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
I am very satisfied with my order and any inquiries that I made during the ordering process until the item receipt were answered promptly considering the time gap between the Philippines and the USA.
