Important: The North American Type A and European Type C plugs with a Micro-USB connector have been discontinued as we move to USB-C being the default for our sensors. If your sensor uses Micro-USB, choose "USB-C + Micro Adaptor" under the "USB Type" option below.

Hello, I am a fan of the new look on the outdoor power supply. I like the sturdier feeling and that the adjustable part is now sealed and stationary. It's easier to work with, and easier to make things look neat with the twist ties that it also comes with.

Non existing customer support
I got the option with the type C plus micro adapter thinking it might work for testing in my broken sensor (it doesn't connect to the wifi or shows its wifi) and to use after in the new sensor I bought. The adapter is attached with plastic and I had to remove the layer without damaging the adapter, glad it worked.
