Good product

Installed the new laser counters and they are working fine. Installation was not difficult but the instruction video I found on YouTube was just okay. I would have appreciated a repair video link being included with the counters, preferably with a barcode.

Replacement laser counters work great

One of our original laser counters bit the dust a few months ago, so I finally got around to buying a replacement pair. It took me an hour to follow the YouTube video instructions (mostly because I kept doubting myself, not normally working with small electronics), but those instructions were complete, and I was able to install the new laser counters successfully. Within minutes after reconnecting it to power I could verify that new data was being reported, with both sensors working properly. If I have to do this again I'm sure I'll be able to do it faster next time. :-) Customer service was also good, with it getting shipped promptly after I placed the order.
