I put up a purpleair classic plus, where I am there are not a lot of monitors so adding another one really helps the community. Other than it just staying "up" and working, there isn't much else to really think about it.

Our System Not Working
Over the years, we have purchased a total of 4 Purple Air sensors. Right now, they show up on the "Purple Air Map" as gray circles only, because they still aren't communicating real data. We have called customer service once already, unfortunately we will be calling again.
Hello,
We're sorry to hear you've been having trouble. If you've been in contact with our support team and were able to resolve the issue, excellent! If you're still having trouble, please reach back out to us.

Not sure it’s working
It always says “20”. Always.
I live in a farming community with a lot of dust… And near a PennDot storage facility. I would think it would change from time to time.
Hi Laurie,
That is interesting behavior. We'd like to take a look at your sensor's readings. If you don't mind, please send an email to contact@purpleair.com.
