The kit arrived promptly without any hidden fees. Our Zen’s set up was easy and registration (with us adding data to global AQI services) was straightforward. I did buy an unnecessary indoor power adapter. And at this price, I should have got a micro-storage card. How can I access %RH, barometric P, and air temperature? Otherwise, these are minor problems with the kit.
The Zen unit works as advertised. I'm not fond of the configuration process. I don't like having to do it through a central web site. I'm not yet sure, but I think it uses more power than advertised, even with the brightness set on the lowest value. Also not a fan of it needing a FAT32 formatted card.
I set my purple air up weeks ago and the monitor itself works great, but I have messed around with this stupid program for weeks and still cannot get it to load my home when I open up the map without going to the email that I was sent and clicking the link.

Very helpful with my copd
The PurpleAir Zen monitor provides exactly the types of measurements I was hoping for. The installation overall was somewhat straightforward (barring some issues below) and the form-factor is very convenient at an affordable price.
I did run into an issue in which the wifi connection was working (and my registration complete) which wasn't clear since the wifi message kept indicating that it was still checking on the connection (even though it actually was working). I also wish there was a simple mobile app (there are 3rd party apps) I could use rather than have to access the data via the map. But not the end of the world.
